Dr. Rouder completed his residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in NYC/NYU Medical Center and has been practicing in Staten Island since 1997. He is dedicated to providing skilled care and utilizes cutting edge technology, along with proven treatment options.
